Data sharing policy

What that means in practice

• We do not sell your data to anyone, for any price.
• We do not rent, trade, or license it to advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not use your content to train public AI models.
• Your brand's material and history are never visible to other BrandRuns customers. Every brand is fully walled off.

The only data that ever leaves our systems

Running the service requires a small set of infrastructure providers, each receiving only what its job requires and none of them permitted to use your data for anything else:

• The social platforms you connect receive the posts you approve, because publishing them is the product.
• Anthropic processes your brand material to draft your posts. It is not used to train public models.
• Supabase and Vercel store and serve your data as our database and hosting infrastructure.
• Stripe processes payments. We never see your card number.

Beyond that list, the only disclosure we would ever make is one legally compelled by a valid court order, and we would tell you unless the law forbids it.
